Official Giveaway Rules
1. Eligibility: The Scribble Art Giveaway (sponsored by Scribble Creativity, Inc., hereafter referred to as Scribble Art) is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older. This giveaway is subject to U.S. laws and regulations and void where prohibited. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Scribble Art are ineligible.
2. Sponsorship: The giveaway is sponsored by Scribble Creativity, Inc.
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final.
4. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on February 28, 2025, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on March 4, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST.
5. How to Enter: Submit your email in the form provided. Only one entry per person is allowed; submitting multiple entries will not increase your chances of winning.
6. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive two 12"x10" Books and one Gift Wrap, valued at $190. The prize holds no cash value and is non-transferable.
7. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected randomly under the supervision of the Sponsor and announced on Scribble Art's Instagram account on 3/5/25. The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of selection and must respond within 5 days or the prize may be forfeited.
9. Rights Granted by You: By entering, participants grant Scribble Art the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Terms & Conditions: Scribble Art reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud or other causes affect the integrity of the giveaway.
11. Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release Scribble Art from any liability associated with participation in the giveaway or the use of the prize.
12. Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
