Gift Voucher and Pre-Purchase Voucher Terms and Conditions

Scribble Creativity, Inc. ("Scribble”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://scribble.art and provides various related services and mobile applications (collectively,“Service”).

Gift vouchers and pre-purchase vouchers can only be redeemed at https://scribble.art and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one gift voucher or pre-purchase voucher may be applied per single transaction.

Gift vouchers and pre-purchase vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or other pre-purchase vouchers.

The purchase of a pre-purchase voucher is considered a "pre-sale" transaction and is not considered to be a "gift voucher".

Gift vouchers and pre-purchase vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other vouchers or codes unless required by state or national law in your country of residence.

Pre-purchase vouchers must be redeemed by the expiration date stated. If a pre-purchase voucher is not redeemed by the expiry date, the customer will forfeit the amount paid for the pre-purchase voucher and Scribble reserves the right to not honor the voucher.

Scribble gift vouchers and pre-purchase vouchers expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

Each gift voucher and pre-purchase code is valid for one time use only, and can only be used for a single transaction at https://scribble.art. If a transaction exceeds the value stated, the customer will be required to pay any additional amount in order to complete said transaction. If a transaction is less than the value stated, the customer forfeits any balance not used, and no credit or cash will be owing, and unless otherwise stated the value of your voucher cannot be applied to any taxes or shipping costs incurred. The voucher is applicable only to the specified products or services mentioned on the voucher. 

Any additional costs (i.e. extra pages) and shipping charges are processed in the currency selected at checkout by https://scribble.art.

Risk of loss of gift voucher or of pre-purchase voucher passes to the recipient upon delivery and/or transmission to the recipient. Scribble will not be responsible for any loss (including theft) of voucher or code.

Scribble has the right to cancel the voucher or code and request an alternative form of payment if any purchase or transaction using a fraudulently obtained voucher or promotional code is attempted at https://scribble.art.

You must create an Account with Scribble to redeem gift vouchers or promotional codes; purchasing or redeeming vouchers or promotional codes constitutes acceptance of Scribble’s Terms and Conditions which can be viewed here.

Scribble reserves the right to modify or terminate the voucher program at any time without prior notice.
