If you require a replacement order or a refund, please reach out to our customer support team at any time with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. In most cases, we can arrange a complimentary remake of your order; if any changes are needed, we’ll issue a credit and guide you through the modification and reordering process. At our discretion, we may issue a reprint, refund, or store credit toward a new order.
